Thank you for playing Pocket Miner (“the App”). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles user information. Pocket Miner is designed with privacy in mind and does not collect, store, or share any personal data. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Data Collection and Third-Party Services

While the App does not operate its own independent servers or directly collect personal data, we integrate third-party services provided by Google that automatically collect certain information to function properly:

• Google Mobile Ads (AdMob): Used to display advertisements. AdMob may collect approximate location, device identifiers, app interactions, and crash/performance diagnostics.
• Google Play Games Services: Used to provide cloud saves, leaderboards, and achievements. It securely links to your Google profile and syncs your game progress.
• Google Play Billing: Used to securely process the optional "Remove Ads" in-app purchase. It records your purchase history.

3. Local and Cloud Storage

The App stores your game progress, settings, and purchase status locally on your device. If you are signed in to Google Play Games Services, your progress is also securely synced to your Google account via cloud saves. We (the developers) do not have direct access to your local files or cloud save data.

4. Advertising and Analytics

Pocket Miner uses Google AdMob to serve ads in the free version of the game. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to provide relevant ads and analyze ad performance. This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

5. In-App Purchases

Pocket Miner offers an optional in-app purchase to "Remove Ads." All purchases are processed securely through Google Play Billing. We do not collect, process, or store your payment information directly.

6. Children’s Privacy

Pocket Miner is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
